Barbara Bos

Managing Editor and Owner


Barbara Bos is the managing editor and owner of Writehers. Barbara also developed the Women Writers, Women’s Books site, before launching writers, amalgamating the two sites. Responsible for the development and management of Writehers Group sites and professional services.

Barbara was born in Holland. After finishing University in Leiden with a MA, she left for the UK and a career within Banking and Internet sectors. Since then she has uprooted herself twice more, and is currently living the country life with her family in a small village in Galicia, North-West Spain.

Editor Interviews and QnA


Novellist, Book Reviewer, Essayist, Mother, Speaker, Sister, Wife, and all round Girl Friday. Fueled by Diet Coke, Sauvignon Blanc, and Dark Chocolate. Editor of Writehers Interviews and Agents sections, as well as being a key contributing Author and Community leader.

Her Women's fiction is represented by Katie Shea Boutillier at Donald Maass Literary Agency.

Imogen Griffiths

Social Media Manager


Oversees, manages and develops the Writehers Community, as well as assisting in managing the Writehers Group Social Media Platform. A freelance writer and editor based in east London, currently specialising in copywriting, with a clients in a variety of industries.

After graduating with her BA in English Literature, Imogen moved to London and enjoys writing fiction and non-fiction, in the genres of parenting, feminism, London lifestyle, budget living, sex and relationships.

Womens Writers, Womens Books was our first website and social media platform focused on the promotion of Womens literature, the Authors, Agents and mechanics of the publishing industry. Our focus is always to provide the knowledge, experience, contacts and tools to further the work of Women Writers, whether published or aspiring.

Today is our primary vehicle for empowering Women writers, providing knowledge and tools that provide support for Women. Our community allows all of us to come together, communicate and interact, whether a reader, writer or industry professional.
